Binox MSP Enablement Tool Helps Power MSPs Amid Sales Challenges

The MSP market continues to grow with Statista forecasting the market to reach $274.2 billion by 2026. But the path for growth is not clear-cut for a lot of MSPs because of the challenges they face generating more sales.

MSPs are no different from any other business. They need a strong sales and marketing strategy in addition to a comprehensive service portfolio to survive in a competitive and crowded market. The thing is, a lot of MSPs are not run by business savvy people. Maybe an easy-to-use results-driven sales tool will help them improve their bottom line.

IT solutions provider Motiva did just that and introduced a sales enablement tool that is built specifically for MSPs, Binox MSP. The unified task-based sales enablement tool helps MSPs identify, engage and convert leads into customers in their target market.

Binox automation will work for the MSP with a built-in phone dialer, SMS texting and video email, and machine learning AI will tell the MSP which opportunities they should prioritize.

Binox’s integrations with current quoting tools make starting and editing a quote straightforward – there is no need for MSPs to leave the tools they already use. MSPs without a quoting tool will be covered by Binox.

Binox will also handle the process after an MSP converts a prospect into a customer. Binox’s bi-directional sync with the MSP’s PSA will immediately start the billing or project so the sales and project team stay in their flow.

These features empower MSPs to maximize their time and increase revenue, creating a better experience during the sales process. Binox allows everyone, independent of skill level, to build and grow their MSP practice.
