Ingram Micro Cloud Announces Hyperscaler Marketplace

By Greg Tavarez

Hyperscalers, like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, dictate the direction platforms will develop and operate while offering a platform for customers to purchase and procure third-party software, solutions and business services.

Ingram Micro Cloud announced new initiatives to support the channel through hyperscaler marketplaces. Channel partners will be offered programs, processes and added services to help organizations grow and scale.

Customers will be able to standardize their procurement and contracts in one platform, creating an opportunity for more vendors and independent software vendors, or ISVs, to offer products through these marketplaces. An ISV develops and sells software products that run on one or more computer hardware or operating system platforms.

Ingram Micro Cloud can provide vendors access to a broader range of end customers and enable partners to add value via an expanded offering of services around ISV solutions through its resources, platform and increased business capability. By leveraging hyperscaler marketplaces, Ingram Micro Cloud will support partners' go-to market strategy and navigation of the customer journey.

"We're excited we can provide our partners and vendors with valuable solutions to optimize and maximize their visibility and offerings on hyperscaler marketplaces," said Duncan Robinson, vice president, global marketing and strategic partnerships, Ingram Micro Cloud.

Ingram Micro Cloud will enable prospective hyperscale partners and the channel ecosystem by identifying new opportunities to increase collaboration through hyperscaler marketplaces. Programs and partners will have an opportunity to gain growth advantages.

Ingram Micro Cloud is a sponsor of MSP Expo in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, June 21-24, 2022. #TECHSUPERSHOW includes nearly a dozen collocated business technology events that bring buyers, users, sellers, and partners together under one roof to educate and build business relationships around the technologies driving business success today. Ingram Micro Cloud will be in Booth #507 in the exhibit hall.
