E78 Buys Cadilus Inc.

E78, a provider of finance and accounting-related solutions for the private capital industry, was founded in 2016 and has over 300 senior industry experts helping private equity firms, portfolio companies and corporate clients with solutions to succeed in today’s market.

In a move aimed at further expanding its global footprint, the company recently announced it acquired Richmond, VA-based Cadilus Inc.for an undisclosed sum.

Cadilus’ consulting, managed services and technology in the area of financial planning and analysis help businesses to accelerate growth and optimize performance.

Together, these offerings will bring a comprehensive portfolio of monitoring solutions to the market.

As part of the acquisition, which was effective beginning Feb. 28, 2022, Cadilus co-founders Nick Fischer and Dan Shin to the E78 Partners along with their team. They will continue to work from their Richmond headquarters.
