Intermedia Offers Integration with QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise to MSP and VAR Partners

Intermedia Offers Integration with QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise to MSP and VAR Partners

By Laura Stotler

One-stop cloud IT services shop Intermedia has developed a new way for its channel partners to cost effectively and efficiently expand their cloud services offerings. The company has integrated its Partner Portal with QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise, opening up huge potential revenue streams for MSPs and VARs looking for easy ways to expand their cloud footprint.

The new offerings enable Intermedia’s more than 14,000 MSP and VAR partners to add valuable cloud services to their portfolios. Members of the company’s Partner Program may now integrate Salesforce CRM solutions, the QuickBooks cloud accounting solution and the ConnectWise business management platform with their own offerings through Intermedia’s Partner Portal.

The portal offers a single point of control for managing business services for more than 350,000 collective users. Partners may also control their own pricing and branding through the portal, as well as manage bundled offerings and customer relationships.

The Salesforce offering enables MSPs and VARs to sync customer account data from the Intermedia portal to Salesforce Sync. They may also sync Intermedia pricing with Salesforce pricing books, track product usage, generate quotes and create new accounts. The Quickbooks and ConnectWise offerings let partners simplify their billing processes, export their catalogs of products and services, automatically update product and customer usage data in their billing systems and automatically update billing agreements. All integrations are being offered for free through the partner portal.

"We leveraged these integrations to effortlessly bring our Intermedia services into our existing business processes," said Jon Matero, president and CEO of Network Heroes, an Intermedia partner. "We maintain a single system of record for all our CRM and accounting needs, and keep our accounting and sales teams more focused and more productive. It's going to save us hundreds of man-hours this year."

"Our QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise integrations allow us to become a more central and seamless business partner,” added Michael Gold, president of Intermedia. “In 2014, we will continue to offer new tools to adapt our services to how our partners and customers do business."
