ZettaServe Wins MSP Contract from Australian Government

By Oliver VanDervoort

When talking about Managed Service Providers (MSPs), there are all kinds of different sectors of the tech. ICT service provider ZettaServe has announced that it recently received a contract from the Department of Housing WA. The contract means that ZettaServe will be providing managed service to the department's more than 1,900 users at 36 different sites across WA. Jim Menna, the ZettaServe director said that the contract is a massive win for the company.

“This is the largest contract we have won in ICT managed services and demonstrates our managed services delivery ability,” Menna said in a recent statement. Menna's company knows very well how to deal with the Department of Housing WA. The company has been providing managed desktop services to the department for the last five years. The newest contract means that the company will also be offering up helpdesk services and desktop services alike.

Menna said that one of the key factors in this company winning the contract is that it has provided quality service to the department over the last five years. Menna added that this type of contract represents the Australian government handing a contract to a company inside its borders who has done a good enough job that it deserves more work. Managed service providers in the country are starting to pick up the pace in the country and ZettaServe is leading the pack in the ICT area.

Menna said that this kind of contract is beneficial to the government but it will also allow his company to grow and stay ahead of its competition. ZettaServe was able to win the extended contract from a field that was competing in a pretty competitive bidding process. The company has proven its worth in the ICT and MSP areas over the last few years and is benefiting from its expertise.
