Level Platforms and DOCUWISE Help Manage Printers

Level Platforms and DOCUWISE, LLC are working together to provide a technology integration that extends managed print and device discovery capabilities so they can allow MSPs to expand their managed print offerings. The two have combined deep printer monitoring and management features in Managed Workplace with the print fulfillment engine from DOCUWISE, resulting in a combination that can drive revenue and make managed print offerings even better.

This makes Managed Workplace the first RMM platform through which managed service providers (MSPs) can manage a complete print management ecosystem from a single dashboard. Printer maintenance, supply ordering and more are just a few clicks away from complete control. The DOCUWISE PESO managed print fulfillment engine provides managed print features to Managed Workplace, from proactive monitoring to management of the servers.

With this integration, MSPs can now provide in-depth management and diagnostics of several printers. At the same time, they can expand their offering through DOCUWISE turnkey white label fulfillment services.

The printer is the stereotypical enemy of the workspace. If it’s not jamming, taking forever to print or messing up the order, it’s out of ink or experiencing another failure of some kind. Who among us can honestly say we have never been sabotaged by our own printers at least once? The more printers there are, the more chances for them to fail, so being able to remotely manage multiple printers from a single location can help make that so much easier. Level Platforms and DOCUWISE are doing a great favor to employees everywhere with their integrated platform, and will alleviate a great nuisance from many a worker.
