Esker and Freudenberg IT Team on Cloud Fax Services for SAP

Esker and Freudenberg IT (FIT) have announced a partnership in which FIT will use Esker's on-demand Fax Services for SAP solution to deliver an improved quality of service to their customers. FIT is a SAP-certified global provider of hosting and cloud services.

The partnership will benefit customers of both companies by delivering reliability, scalability, flexibility and cost savings in deploying core IT applications through the cloud. A common and critical requirement of many FIT customers is the ability to fax from SAP, and delivering that through a cloud computing model benefits both companies and their customers.

Esker and FIT will work directly together to connect FIT's SAP systems with Esker's certified cloud fax service. The partnership is designed to meet customers' requirements using a time tested and turnkey solution that simplifies deployment while reducing the operating costs of maintaining a fax system.

A provider of document process automation solutions, Esker is also a SAP software solution and technology partner. The company shares dozens of customers with FIT, from a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, industrial machinery, retail and life sciences.
