MSP Expo Gold Sponsor NUSO Expands its CX Capabilities and Global Reach via Acquisition of T-Metrics

By Alex Passett

NUSO, T-Metrics, and a decision that will prove highly beneficial for both companies’ customers.

Let’s break this down, shall we?

NUSO is a renowned, multinational provider of communications-focused Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Many of its core members have been delivering full-stack solutions together since as far back as 2007; through their close work with authorized channel partners and regulated carriers, NUSO continues to serve both small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and large enterprise markets as they seamlessly connect teams across myriad communications platforms. (And with its recent ISO 27001:2022 certification, NUSO remains committed to providing additional UCaaS and CCaaS solutions that are as secure as they are reliable.)

Then, T-Metrics. This world-class provider — 25+ years of experience, 99.99% uptime, and a global reach across four continents — delivers next-gen omnichannel contact centers software to mission-critical users for healthcare, education, finance, military and government organizations. Dedicated to supplying adaptable solutions that prioritize reliability and flexibility, T-Metrics’ forward-leaning applications greatly improve business contact efficiency and customer satisfaction.

So, there’s your quick recap on each company.

Now, the news:

This week, NUSO officially confirmed its acquisition of T-Metrics.

According to the announcement, this acquisition “solidifies NUSO’s commitment to delivering resilient, scalable and customizable communication solutions that empower organizations of all sizes to communicate with their customers, engage their employees, and stay competitive.”

Specifically (i.e. by integrating T-Metrics’ unique capabilities), NUSO’s platform will become significantly bolstered; clients will benefit from the combination of NUSO’s cloud communications expertise and T-Metrics’ track record of delivering solutions that, quote, “meet the highest government security standards in any deployment model,” including certified cloud-based solutions that comply with FedRAMP, StateRAMP and TXRAMP requirements, and premise-based (JITC) solutions, to boot.

Matt Siemens, CEO of NUSO, expressed how simple this decision truly felt.

“The combination of NUSO and T-Metrics offers a comprehensive, customer-centered, omnichannel solution that will connect businesses, schools and governments with their customers and users,” Siemens explained. “That’s why our decision to acquire T-Metrics was made easy, especially as we discovered the remarkable talent within the team that aligns with our own customer-centric vision. I’m very excited to welcome T-Metrics employees, partners and customers to NUSO!”

Arthur Pravato, CEO of T-Metrics, added to what Siemens expressed.

“This partnership with NUSO accelerates our growth strategy, enhances our ability to address evolving market demands and expands our service offerings, enabling us to deliver even greater value to our customers,” Pravato said. “We’re also excited about the value this combination offers to our clients and partners.”
