EasyVista Introduces EV Pulse AI to Boost IT Service Management

By Stefania Viscusi

EasyVista, a provider of IT service management and enterprise service solutions, recently introduced EV Pulse AI, an AI layer integrated into its EasyVista Platform.

This latest announcement is part of the Platform 2024.3 release, launching in November 2024, and aims to simplify IT processes, streamline operations, and support digital transformation efforts across industries.

At the heart of EV Pulse AI is its integration of a custom large language model (LLM) tailored by EasyVista’s AI Lab to optimize performance within ITSM frameworks. It offers IT teams new tools for productivity with intelligent recommendations, conversational AI, and multilingual support. The AI layer includes virtual support agents, advanced incident categorization, and risk and root cause analysis, helping IT teams make more data-informed decisions.

With EV Pulse AI’s intelligent automation, users get smoother workflows, reducing the burden of repetitive tasks and expediting ticket resolutions. Also, its multilingual capability expands global access to efficient IT management to help teams operate with greater agility. Organizations using EV Pulse AI can expect better collaboration, optimized workflows, and rapid response to complex IT challenges.

"The launch of EV Pulse AI is a pivotal moment in our AI strategy," said Patrice Barbedette, CEO of EasyVista. "We’ve raised the bar on what AI can do within IT service management—making it more intelligent, more proactive, and deeply aligned with the real-world challenges IT organizations face. EV Pulse AI reflects our commitment to empowering IT teams with smarter, more flexible tools that deliver measurable impact.”
