Carousel to Talk Managed Services and Cloud

By Laura Stotler

As an MSP specializing in VoIP, virtualization, video conferencing and collaboration, Carousel Industries has quite a bit of experience in the challenges and advantages of deploying managed services.

The company will address these topics and more during the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) in Dallas, where Carousel will hold a number of demonstrations relevant to the managed services space.

Specifically, the managed services exhibit will offer information on Carousel’s offerings, including business service monitoring, advanced reporting, out-tasking services and integration of disparate video environments. Carousel will also provide information on its Simplicity Cloud Solutions, which include offerings for voice, video and contact center solutions as well as information on the procurement and flexible deployment of cloud solutions.

Bringing together Avaya’s global users to offer demonstrations, roundtable discussions and workshops help in getting maximum value from Avaya solutions.

In addition to a heavy focus on the MSP topic, Carousel will offer information on their unified communication and collaboration solutions, which include Microsoft Lync integration and Avaya Scopia desktop and mobile applications. Information will include how to use Avaya and VMware integration to accelerate managed services deployments using virtualization in an Avaya application environment.
