MSP Expo Diamond Sponsor Kaseya Expands 365 Suite, Driving MSP Success

By Greg Tavarez

Small businesses, the backbone of the global economy, often lack the in-house resources and expertise to manage complex IT infrastructures. This vulnerability makes them prime targets for cybercriminals who exploit outdated software, weak security measures and human error.

MSPs bridge this gap by providing IT services that include network security, data backup and disaster recovery. and there to power MSPs to help them bridge that gap is none other than Kaseya.

Kaseya, a Diamond sponsor of MSP Expo 2025, equips IT professionals at MSPs and mid-market enterprises with AI-driven software solutions. By prioritizing customer needs and offering support, Kaseya provides technologies that streamline IT infrastructure management, fortify network security, safeguard crucial data, optimize service operations and drive business growth.

And recently, Kaseya expanded its Kaseya 365 Endpoint with the introduction of Kaseya 365 User.

Kaseya 365 Endpoint offers a unified platform that integrates key tools like Datto Endpoint Backup, Kaseya VSA and more, into a single, easy-to-use subscription. This consolidated approach simplifies IT operations, enhances security posture and improves overall efficiency for MSPs and their clients.

The new  Kaseya 365 User offering helps MSPs safeguard their clients' user identities and security by proactively preventing, responding to and recovering from potential threats.

“When we launched Kaseya 365 Endpoint earlier this year, the market response was astounding,” said Fred Voccola, CEO of Kaseya. “Our goal from the beginning was to ensure our MSP partners get the recognition and financial benefits that match the enormous value they provide to SMBs around the world. Now, with Kaseya 365 User, we get to take another major step. Our partners can better protect themselves and their customers, automate service delivery and improve their unit economics for greater profitability."

In addition to the launch of Kaseya 365 User, Kaseya acquired SaaS Alerts, a cybersecurity firm specializing in monitoring and protecting SaaS application usage. SaaS Alerts is a critical component of Kaseya 365 User. The platform allows MSPs to monitor and remediate any potential threat to their critical business applications or users in SaaS environments in real time and ensure critical business applications are safe from both internal and external threats.

The acquisition integrates SaaS Alerts' technology into the Kaseya 365 User subscription at no extra cost to provide MSPs with a valuable solution to enhance their clients' cybersecurity posture.

"As cyber threats are becoming more sophisticated, MSP tools need to evolve," said Jim Lippie, CEO of SaaS Alerts. "With cloud detection and response, MSPs can identify breaches and act on them quickly. This is a must-have for MSPs to protect their customers."

MSPs powered by Kaseya now have a competitive advantage. Kaseya 365 User allows MSPs to deliver more value to their clients without compromising quality or increasing costs.

Kaseya is a Diamond sponsor of MSP Expo, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 11-13, 2025. MSP Expo is the premier event for MSPs, offering a three-day experience combining conference education, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall full of the latest technologies and solutions to help MSPs build their business, and more. Kaseya will be in booth #1728 in the exhibit hall.
