C1 Introduces IT Solutions for Network, Security and Communication Modernization

By Stefania Viscusi

Global technology provider C1 launched an advanced suite of solutions to help businesses modernize core IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and communications. The goal is to simplify IT complexity while enhancing performance and security, making it easier for organizations to meet evolving business needs.

"Businesses depend on their technology infrastructure more than ever, but IT complexity is high. Coupled with the rapid pace of innovation, this has made the situation unmanageable for most organizations. To achieve business outcomes, advanced communications, networking, and security systems are essential to allow users to work securely from anywhere without causing disruptions or risks," said Omar Bhatti, Chief Customer Officer of C1.

"C1's proven managed and professional services have the unique ability to work closely with clients to define their desired business outcomes, then customize each implementation to rapidly and safely enable them to meet those goals."

According to a recent ZK Research study, 93% of organizations now see IT infrastructure as more critical to business operations than it was two years ago, while 80% report that their IT environments have become more complex. C1's new offerings include:

  • RingCentral RingEX Powered by C1CX: An AI-driven unified communications solution.
  • RingCentral RingCX Powered by C1CX: An AI-powered contact center platform for omnichannel customer experiences.
