TGIF, readers. The weekend is pretty much upon us. So before we get to our weekend plans, let’s discuss the MSP space.

As seen across MSP Today, MSPs offer a range of services, including network management, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and technical support. By outsourcing these functions to experts, businesses save costs, improve efficiency and focus on their core operations without the burden of maintaining an in-house IT department.

The following news highlights recent developments in the MSP space, so let’s take a look.

KYND Launches in the U.S.

KYND Limited, a cyber risk solutions provider dedicated to demystifying complex cyber risk analysis, announced its official launch in the U.S. KYND offers a suite of solutions designed to meet the diverse needs of insurers, underwriters and brokers.

With KYND, insurers can confidently make well-informed underwriting choices and price policies objectively. KYND identifies vulnerabilities that lead to losses and claims so they may be avoided. KYND partners can reduce loss ratios by three-times by identifying and resolving critical Red Alert vulnerabilities. Instead of scores, KYND gives partners transparent, relevant and actionable risk insights.

Arcserve Releases ShadowProtect SPX 7.5.8

Arcserve reaffirmed its commitment to its MSP partners as it announced updates to ShadowProtect SPX and Image Manager offerings. The updates expand compatibility options and include some of the most requested feature innovations. The Arcserve ShadowProtect SPX 7.5.8 release includes support for Ubuntu 22.04, REHL9 and AlmaLinux9; VAIO filter/driver support for Arcserve VirtualBoot in vSphere 7.0 and vSphere 8.0 environments; and Oracle VirtualBox 7.x support for Linux environments.

Horizon3.ai Launches NodeZero Cloud Pentesting

Horizon3.ai, a provider of autonomous security solutions, launched NodeZero Cloud Pentesting. The solution identifies and chains together exploitable vulnerabilities, security weaknesses and software misconfigurations. The solution can also pivot to on-premises networks, to emulate the true behavior of an attacker. This allows organizations to prioritize the remediation of complex attack paths that could be exploited by attackers, significantly reducing cyber risk.

AttackIQ Releases Flex 2.0

AttackIQ released Flex 2.0, a new version of its agentless breach and attack simulation solution. This update includes several enhancements designed to help organizations assess their security posture more effectively.

Key features of Flex 2.0 include a new Insights Dashboard that provides actionable performance insights, DORA and NIST CSF test packages to help organizations comply with regulatory requirements, and expanded testing capabilities to target emerging threats and commonly used adversary tactics.

3CLogic Reaches Advanced Platform Status

3CLogic, a Conversational AI and contact center solution provider for ServiceNow, reached reach the Advanced Platform status within ServiceNow's Build Partner Program. The status positions 3CLogic as a high-ranked contact center provider for ServiceNow and underscores the vendors' commitment to delivering ServiceNow-native AI and CCaaS solutions across ServiceNow's Customer, IT and Employee workflow offerings.
