Better Together: New Charter Technologies is Joining Forces with Dynamic Edge

By Alex Passett

New Charter Technologies, a portfolio company of Palo Alto-based private equity firm Oval Partners, recognizes how businesses today deserve a forward-looking “IT squad” (which almost sounds superhero-esque) that a.) fully understands the importance of building dynamic relationships while tackling meaningful work in tandem, and b.) confidently possesses the technical know-how and operational maturity to complete that very work, bridging IT solutions and driving business growth at scale. Recognizing these points is key, and so is putting the pedal to the metal (so to speak) via New Charter Technologies’ strength-in-numbers team mindset. Its teams take modern IT approaches (while leveraging the latest and greatest in tech-based strategies) to help MSPs drive success. And with upwards of 92,000 endpoints managed, 1,000+ employees and highly reliable vCIOs, they’re working hard to continue making this a reality.

In that vein of success-hungry teamwork, New Charter Technologies this week officially welcomed Dynamic Edge as a new partner.

According to the official news release, this partnership “represents a significant milestone for both organizations as they work together to enhance service offerings and broaden market reach.”

Since its founding in 1999, Dynamic Edge has strived to deliver custom-tailored IT services that meet unique client needs, to boot. Its suite of services includes 24/7 managed and co-managed IT support, cybersecurity, custom application development, and regulatory compliance. Serving industries including (but not limited to) healthcare, real estate, finance and manufacturing, Dynamic Edge appears to be quite excited about becoming a strong IT partner for New Charter Technologies; this was conveyed by its President and CEO, Tim Neiman.

“While reflecting on our 25th anniversary this year, we felt like the time was right to focus on our strategic capabilities and growth,” Neiman explained. “New Charter is exceptional. It’s comprised of best-in-class IT companies, many that we’ve been working with for years. It’s an honor to be selected to join a group of other high-performing companies. This partnership not only allows us to continue our growth trajectory, but also enhances our ability to provide exceptional services to our clients. With New Charter’s resources and support, we can stay ahead of industry trends and deliver top value to our clients and team members.”

And Peter Melby, CEO of New Charter Technologies, has echoed this sentiment.

“New Charter focuses on companies that are leading the way in future vision, in addition to historical success,” Melby said. “Tim, Mike, and the Dynamic Edge team are the perfect fit to join forces with as we drive the future of IT services.”
