NinjaOne Launches its Now Channel Partner Program

By Stefania Viscusi

NinjaOne, a provider of IT platform solutions, has announced the launch of NinjaOne Now – a channel partner program designed to fuel growth opportunities for partners while delivering robust IT and security solutions to customers worldwide.

This initiative is aimed at bolstering its global presence and enhancing customer outcomes.

As we know, organizations navigate a complex web of endpoints crucial for daily operations. According to insights from Enterprise Strategy Group, a staggering 70% of employees utilize four or more endpoints daily. In response to this multi-endpoint reliance, 43% of executives express challenges in effectively managing and securing these endpoints; largely due to resource constraints. This gap underscores the critical role of channel partners in providing essential expertise and solutions.

NinjaOne Now is strategically crafted to address the evolving needs of modern enterprises, offering a suite of benefits aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and cybersecurity resilience. These include:

  • Automated Endpoint Management Solutions: NinjaOne empowers channel partners with automated solutions that streamline IT management complexities. By automating tedious tasks, partners can allocate more time and resources to strategic initiatives, thereby optimizing productivity across client environments.

  • Best-in-Class IT and Security Integrations: The platform integrates seamlessly with technologies such as extended detection and response (XDR), professional services automation (PSA), and more to not only expand the scope of solutions available to partners but also enable them to tackle intricate cybersecurity challenges with confidence.

  • Comprehensive Support and Training: NinjaOne Now goes beyond financial incentives, offering extensive training programs and resources that empower partners to capitalize on new business opportunities.

“We have a healthy obsession with customer and partner success at NinjaOne. Channel partners are trusted advisors for organizations navigating cumbersome IT and security challenges, and they’re critical to NinjaOne’s success,” said Joe Lohmeier, Vice President of Channel Sales at NinjaOne. “We’ve designed our channel partner program to be inclusive and beneficial for our partners. We’re committed to making it easy to do business with NinjaOne and to building long-lasting relationships with our channel partners so we can best serve our joint customers for years to come.”

Earlier this year, NinjaOne made related headlines with its successful $231.5 million Series C funding round. The infusion of capital will be used to fuel further advancements in technology to ensure that NinjaOne remains at the forefront of endpoint management and security solutions.
