Let’s talk about ITCM and Value Logic, Inc.
Since 1985, ITCM has provided businesses with reliable technologies that have kept their IT infrastructure intact. With specialties in strategically managed IT services, reduced-cost cloud services and IT consulting, the San Diego-based solutions provider has developed partnerships with the likes of Microsoft, Intel, AMD and Apple on its thirty-years-in-the-making mission. And the goals of that mission? Reduce operational expenses, increase efficiency and productivity, and give users access to enterprise-level support when it’s needed most.
In a similar vein, Value Logic is a provider of computer hardware, software and network services that make businesses’ IT systems more efficient, secure and affordable. Since 1999, Value Logic has proved itself as a trusted source for computing solutions, and it continues to offer a large spectrum of services; from simply upgrading a PC desktop, to supervising an entire business’s transition away from outdated tech. This often involves installation, implementation and management of completely new investments. Thus, Value Logic (in its own words) “is here to protect and exceed expectations on those very investments.” (Notably, Value Logic is also partnered with Microsoft and Intel, as well as Cisco, Lenovo, Toshiba and HP.)
It definitely makes sense to mention these two in the same MSP-oriented piece, to be sure. But what else is at play here?
Well, as this article’s title suggests, ITCM announced last week its acquisition of Value Logic.
According to the official announcement, ITCM acquiring Value Logic “is poised to solidify the company as a trusted outsourced partner for network, cloud, infrastructure management, software development and security expertise.”
Per Jorge Ruiz de Castilla, CEO of ITCM:
“Through our synergy with the Value Logic leadership and engineers, we gain manufacturing industry knowledge, key processes and procedures, and important distribution relationships that will enhance our level of service. The benefit to customers is a single point of contact, quicker turnaround time, streamlined standardization, increased breadth of services, broader cybersecurity expertise and, most of all, peace of mind.”
And per Hossein Rabiyan, CEO of Value Logic:
“We were drawn to ITCM's deep understanding of IT, in addition to the company's openness to new methods and ideas, respect for our team and knowledge base, and commitment to its customers. We look forward to rolling up our sleeves and working together to exceed client expectations.”
