MSPs Get a Growth Engine: TD SYNNEX Introduces MSP Evolve

By Greg Tavarez

A report by TD SYNNEX, a technology distributor, indicates a shift in MSPs’ growth strategies. The 2023 Direction of Technology MSP Special Report found that 80% of MSPs prioritize business expansion through a diversified technology stack. This includes incorporating high-demand solutions like cloud computing, advanced security measures, data analytics and AI into their service offerings.

The report also showed a trend toward geographic expansion, with MSPs seeking opportunities in global markets. Many are venturing into new industry verticals, suggesting a move away from specializing in specific sectors. This diversification in technology and market focus reflects MSPs' efforts to remain competitive.

From its position in the heart of the IT ecosystem, TD SYNNEX has a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing MSPs in the growing industry. The IT distributor helps businesses maximize their technology investments.

The company offers a wide range of IT products, services, and solutions from leading vendors, focusing on high-growth areas like cloud computing, cybersecurity and data analytics.

All this is why TD SYNNEX launched MSP Evolve in North America. This program combines resources and tools designed to improve efficiency and growth for MSPs.

MSP Evolve offers various features, including support services, training programs and access to the TD SYNNEX StreamOne Cloud Platform. StreamOne helps MSPs manage their entire customer journey, from acquiring solutions to billing. It integrates with popular PSA platforms like ConnectWise and Autotask, which allows automatic billing reconciliation.

Additional StreamOne features include cloud optimization tools, customizable storefronts and access to real-time data on subscriptions and consumption. The platform also offers pre-configured "MSP Ready Solutions" to simplify cloud service delivery.

“MSP Evolve was created to meet managed service providers where they are today and enables them to make larger strides toward building a more agile business, whether they are looking to expand into new areas or accelerate growth in an existing practice,” said Meredith Payne, Senior Director, Cloud at TD SYNNEX. “By leveraging the breadth of our comprehensive offerings, MSPs can achieve greater automation, expand their capabilities and maximize their market potential in this highly competitive industry.”

A key offering of MSP Evolve is the Security Operations Center service that provides continuous monitoring, security audits, incident response planning and reporting. The program also offers complimentary and paid security assessments to help partners identify risks and vulnerabilities for their clients.

The long-story-short? MSP Evolve provides a comprehensive range of tools and services, from foundational elements to advanced technical support and business transformation guidance.
