Ingram Micro Introduces Xvantage App

By Stefania Viscusi

Ingram Micro has announced the launch of the Ingram Micro Xvantage Mobile App, now available across Canada, India, and the U.S. The new application is a direct response to the evolving needs of channel partners globally and offers IT resellers, VARs, and MSPs an enhanced experience for sourcing, managing, and ordering a wide array of technology products, software, and solutions.

The Ingram Micro Xvantage Mobile App includes real-time visibility, ensuring that users are constantly informed about their operations and the interface is intuitive and personalized.

It was created based on insights gathered from members of Ingram Micro’s SMB Alliance and Trust X Alliance communities and is already receiving acclaim for having a great user experience and performance.

In addition to the app's ease of use and providing real-time visibility into quotes, orders, and product searches, it also offers the ability to take business actions, such as converting a quote to an order, from anywhere and at any time.

“The Ingram Micro Xvantage Mobile App is another key milestone in our commitment to redefine distribution and remove friction by placing nearly everything channel partners need to grow their business and better serve their customers at their fingertips,” said Paul Bay, CEO, Ingram Micro.

“Xvantage is simplifying and accelerating the sales cycle, bringing transparency into our supply chain, and giving resellers more ways to serve their end customers.”

The app also seamlessly integrates with other systems, enhancing workflow efficiency and has enhanced security measures to keep users' interactions and data protected.

“Our new Xvantage mobile app provides another ground-breaking option for our customers to enjoy a B2C experience in a B2B environment,” said Sanjib Sahoo, EVP and Chief Digital Officer, Ingram Micro. “We will continue to provide the IT Channel with an innovative experience and more ways to better serve their customers using Ingram Micro Xvantage.”
