A Powerful Recovery Solution: 11:11 Systems Expands DRaaS Offering

By Stefania Viscusi

11:11 Systems, a managed infrastructure solutions provider, has introduced an expanded Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) offering called "11:11 DRaaS for Azure." Tailored for Microsoft Azure cloud-centric applications, the offering provides organizations with highly customized and fully managed disaster recovery solutions for on-premises, Azure cloud, and multi-cloud environments.

Combining DRaaS technology and its managed recovery expertise (as well as the scalability and flexibility of Microsoft Azure), this solution makes it even more possible to have real, enterprise-grade business continuity.

Key features of 11:11 DRaaS for Azure include a pay-as-you-go model using proven Zerto technology, application-level failover and recovery capabilities, and automation across various scenarios such as on-premises to Azure cloud, Azure cloud to on-premises, and between two Azure cloud environments.

The fully managed solution includes implementation, maintenance, scheduled testing, 24x7 support, and an industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensuring businesses' Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) are met within specified timeframes.

“This new solution is more than a product; it's a commitment to our customers' resilience and success,” said Kaushik Ray, Chief Experience Officer at 11:11 Systems. “This product release extends and deepens our DR capabilities and provides comprehensive self-managed and fully managed recovery services, regardless of platform and recovery location, which reinforces our position as a trusted risk and resiliency partner in the global market."

By simplifying the recovery process, it's possible to reduce complexity and allow organizations to allocate time and resources toward achieving transformative business outcomes.

Gartner Peer Insights customer reviews also highlight positive experiences with 11:11 Systems including its professionalism, ease of collaboration, vast experience in the disaster recovery domain, and the simplicity brought about by their automation tools.
