SuperOps.ai Secures $12.4M to Support MSP Ambitions

MSPs traditionally faced challenges in delivering effective IT services due to their reliance on a hodgepodge of outdated tools and technologies. These tools often lacked integration and automation, leading to increased operational costs and a lack of visibility into their clients' IT environments.

MSPs found themselves juggling multiple solutions for tasks such as remote monitoring, patch management and cybersecurity, which not only increased their expenses but also made it difficult to provide seamless and efficient services to their clients. This fragmentation hindered their ability to proactively address issues, resulting in longer resolution times and decreased customer satisfaction.

In this $280-billion industry, dominated by SMBs, the absence of innovation in these tools became a pressing issue as these MSPs needed modern solutions that could streamline their operations and enhance their service delivery.

SuperOps.ai is changing the status quo.

SuperOps.ai is a cloud-native platform designed to enhance the effectiveness and profitability of MSPs while equipping them to adapt to the evolving demands of the future. The platform streamlines and simplifies the IT management procedures and operational workflows employed by MSPs, consolidating various functions into a single unified system.

SuperOps.ai enables MSPs to transition away from the use of disjointed tools by integrating features such as remote monitoring, client asset management, professional service automation including service desk support, financial management, reporting, client relationship management and more.

Over the past year, SuperOps.ai experienced a 300% increase in its customer base. Building on that growth, SuperOps.ai raised $12.4 million in Series B funding, bringing total funds raised to date to $29.4 million.

With the proceeds of the fund raise, SuperOps.ai plans to increase its investments in further enhancing its AI capabilities. SuperOps.ai’s AI framework is advancing into a predictive intelligence layer that will not only help MSPs improve their efficiency but also move from solving client issues to pre-empting them, thus saving precious technician time and improving the quality of support.

“Our goal is to keep developing our platform further so that it can keep supporting MSP ambitions as they take on increasingly complex IT challenges,” said Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps.ai.

The funding round was led by Addition and March Capital, with participation from Matrix Partners India.

SuperOps.ai also launched advanced network monitoring capabilities as part of the unified platform to further expand its offering to MSPs. What this means is that MSPs can include Network Monitoring as a service without having to onboard yet another tool.

“With the launch of advanced network monitoring as part of our unified SuperOps.ai platform, MSPs can offer more services to their clients without adding on more tools,” said Parthiban. “This is in keeping with our promise to MSPs that we will always listen to them, co-build with them, be transparent, provide them with first class support, not tie them down with contracts and help them grow.”

Additionally, SuperOps.ai is scaling partnerships with vendors in areas including cybersecurity, payments and data backup to ensure MSPs have 360-degree technology support. The company will also be investing in community-led initiatives aimed at helping MSPs in areas beyond technology.

The funding and new advanced network monitoring capabilities align with SuperOps.ai’s commitment to build more value for MSPs following the appointment of Juan Fernandez as channel chief earlier this month.
