Keeper Security and Gradient MSP Collab on Billing Integration for MSPs

By Stefania Viscusi

Keeper Security, a provider of zero-trust and zero-knowledge cybersecurity software, has announced a strategic billing integration with Gradient MSP. This collaboration will streamline billing processes for MSPs and offer a more efficient and accurate way to manage client usage.

The integration harnesses the power of Gradient MSP's Synthesize platform, creating a seamless connection between KeeperMSP, Keeper Security's cybersecurity and password management solution, and Gradient's billing reconciliation system.

This integration is designed to alleviate the burden of manual billing reconciliation for MSPs, minimizing month-end effort, and instilling greater confidence in the accuracy of billing procedures.

“Through our Gradient partnership, MSPs can now use nine of the most popular PSAs on the market to ensure their managed companies are only paying for what they use,” said Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. “With our Gradient integration, we’re providing high-demand functionality to our MSPs, allowing Keeper to do what we do best, develop industry-leading and award-winning cybersecurity solutions.”

Gradient's Synthesize platform, trusted by over a thousand MSPs worldwide, offers a robust suite of tools aimed at automating and optimizing billing reconciliation processes. It empowers MSPs to efficiently manage their finances, reduce errors, and improve the overall billing experience.

With KeeperMSP, MSPs gain access to a user-friendly platform to protect their clients' and their own sensitive data which is stored within highly secure and encrypted vaults.

“We’re thrilled to offer this integration to our MSP partners,” said Colin Knox, CEO & Co-Founder of Gradient MSP. “Keeper offers a leading password management solution for MSPs and their customers and has been one of our most-requested integrations on the Synthesize platform, so we know that this news is going to be received with great excitement among our partners and the entire MSP and MSSP community.”
