Sangoma Adds 5G Wireless Broadband to Managed Internet Connectivity Product Suite

By Stefania Viscusi

Cloud-based CaaS solutions provider Sangoma has announced it added 5G Wireless Broadband to its internet connectivity product suite for businesses of all sizes.

With the new fully managed wireless connectivity service - which leverages partnerships with Verizon, AT&T & T-Mobile - it offers speeds up to 10-20X over those available with 4G/LTE.

The services can be used as primary or backup internet connectivity and the plans come in pooled, unpooled and unlimited data packages.

For businesses of all sizes across the U.S. this means not just faster speeds, but with ultra-low latency, also the ability to have high-quality voice, video and data streaming with none of the added fuss. And with experienced technicians monitoring the network 24/7, optimal performance and uptime are not a concern for customers.

"We're pleased to be able to offer our customers more choices when it comes to their managed internet solutions. Our competitive 5G offer, paired with our existing fiber, cable, or DSL internet services, enables Sangoma to offer a customized, cost-effective solution to provide the best connectivity, security, and reliability for either a single-site or multi-site business," said Jim Machi, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Sangoma.

Last month, Sangoma announced it was recognized as a leader in the 2022 North American UCaaS market by Frost & Sullivan. The research firm evaluated companies baked on innovation and growth and recgonzied Sangoma in a leadership position in the Frost Radar as well a presented them with a Frost & Sullivan's 2020 North American Competitive Strategy Leadership Award for its wide portfolio of UC solutions.
