Logicalis Launches Connectivity as a Managed Service Solution

By Tracey E. Schelmetic

Today, many companies are pursuing the goal of digital transformation, but they’re having a hard time implementing their initiatives because of limitations with their legacy networks and infrastructure. One solution to eliminate this roadblock is to approach connectivity as a managed service. Managed connectivity often comes in the form of a bundled solution that includes hardware, network access, cloud-based monitoring platform, service and installation and round-the-clock support. Importantly, it also comes with guaranteed uptime.

IT solutions and managed services provider Logicalis recently announced the launch of Intelligent Connectivity, a solution designed to allow customers to improve business performance and user experience by operating with connectivity as a managed service. The Logicalis Intelligent Connectivity solution is a modern managed service, architected for user experience and provides a consumption-based, insights-driven approach to networking. The solution is built on Cisco SDWAN and SASE technology.

“Connectivity is critical to success in the digital-first economy,” said Michael Chanter, COO of Logicalis Group. “Organizations need to have confidence in their network as the key enabler for their digital transformation efforts.”

Intelligent Connectivity will offer customers both agility and scalability: they will be able to scale the network up or down based on business demand and react quickly to changing requirements. The solution also offers security by design and access to real-time insights and performance data.

“In a digital-first world geared towards responsible business, customers require connectivity that combines a measurable user experience with the scale and flexibility to allow them to pivot to new opportunities as they arise,” said Chanter. “Our solution allows customers to proactively optimize user experience and also obtain actionable insights to reduce their carbon impact.”

To learn more about connectivity as a managed service, plan to attend MSPEXPO, part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW series. MSPEXPO has been designed to help service providers understand how they can drive more recurring revenue, increase the valuation of their companies, grow, and protect their networks and deliver better customer service. It will also help companies looking for MSP partners to understand how MSPs can help them grow. The show will take place June 21 - 24, 2022 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For more information or to register, visit the show website
