German managed services provider NTT DATA Business Solutions AG recently announced a new acquisition. The company will now have a presence in 31 countries, and six global managed service centers.

NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, based in Bielefeld, Germany, has been an SAP Business Partner for more than 30 years. As an SAP Platinum Partner, the company has a focus on SAP technology, and combines it with its own proprietary products, services and solutions.

Business Services & Technologies, headquartered in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, was founded in 2012 and is specialized in guiding digital transformation processes through SAP via business and implementation consulting as well as managed services for SAP solutions such as Ariba, S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

“The European markets require Europe-based shoring centers and delivery on site. With this acquisition, we are expanding our shoring offerings in the European Union,” said Norbert Rotter, CEO of NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, in a statement.

Business Services & Technologies noted that the acquisition will ensures its future and pave the way for economic growth – in Bulgaria as well as in other European countries and international markets.

“The management and our 150 employees are already benefiting from the access to a broader network and from many new opportunities for their professional development,” said Dragomir Marinov, Business Services & Technologies CEO. “This fits perfectly with our strategy for growing, combining the international strength of NTT Data Business Solutions with our local presence.”
