AHEAD Expansion Proceeds with vCORE Acquisition

By Luke Bellos

Enterprise cloud service company AHEAD recently announced the acquisition of vCORE Technology Partners, an Arizona-based provider of customized IT solutions and services for businesses throughout the US and Canada.

AHEAD is experiencing growth within the world of IT/cloud services, reporting nearly $2 billion dollars in gross revenue during this year alone. Demand inspired AHEAD executives to expand the company’s portfolio and professional staff  to deliver top-tier IT services to customers in the southwest corner of the United States.

“From its inception, vCORE has been all about leveraging the right technology to deliver tremendous business value to our clients, and our capability to succeed in that mission will only grow as we join the AHEAD team,” commented Steve Leavitt, vCORE Founder/CEO. “I’m excited for the new opportunities that the AHEAD platform, a larger portfolio of digital solutions, will bring to our colleagues and our clients.”

Outside of this deal, AHEAD expanded with other mergers and acquisitions including Vertical Trail (2021), RoundTower and Korvarus (2020), as well as Link Solutions Group, Data Blue ,Sovereign Systems, and Platform Consulting (2019). With vCORE’s portfolio and IT professionals now included in the mix, AHEAD is well positioned to become a singular destination for digitally-focused transformation services.

“The addition of vCORE to the AHEAD family solidifies our position as a premier provider of digital business platforms in the U.S.,” said Daniel Adamany, founder and CEO of AHEAD. “Together, we’ll better meet the end-to-end needs of our enterprise clients and help them accelerate their transformations to more agile and innovative cloud-native businesses.”
