Iconic IT Merges With Integris

With the digital revolution still in high gear, smaller organizations are swarming to managed service providers to help maintain and protect critical infrastructure. To keep up with increasing demand, many MSPs are joining forces to expand market presence, ensuring everyone can benefit from comprehensive IT management.

Iconic IT, a leading managed service provider for SMBs, recently announced the completion of a merger with technology services company Integris. The two companies will consolidate resources and industry knowledge to create one of the largest MSP brands specifically dedicated to small and medium sized businesses.

"We always knew that growth was necessary if we wanted to stay relevant and continue to provide the IT and security services that small businesses need,” commented Chris Hoose, former Iconic IT CFO and new VP of Growth for Integris. “All the entities that have come together to form Integris—including Iconic— share that philosophy. Joining the Integris platform provides us with additional resources to both support our clients and offer an expanded career path for our employees.

The new MSP firm will have a network expanding over 10 states, with a workforce of over 440 employees dedicated to providing enterprise level network management, security monitoring, digital enhancements, and technical guidance. Leaders of the new firm include Rashaad Bajwa (CEO), Mike Fowler (COO), John Marinac (CTO), Bill McCharen(CPO), Joseph O'Hara (CFO), and Jason Erickson (CSO). Additionally, Service Leadership Founder/CEO Paul Dippell has also been selected as the newest member of the Integris board of directors.

"Iconic IT paved the road for the path that Integris is on now,” commented Rashaad Bajwa, CEO of Integris.” They were one of the first to bring together best-in-class MSPs from across the country to build a stronger platform for clients and staff. Bringing Iconic IT and Integris together is a continuation of their "Better Together" thesis and accelerates our shared journey forward in building the first national premium MSP platform."
