High Wire Networks Awarded MSP Contract with National Healthcare Provider

By Luke Bellos

IT service provider High Wire Networks recently revealed the company recently won a $600,000+ contract to provide managed services for a leading unnamed national healthcare provider. As part of this agreement, High Wire will be responsible for implementing networking solution deployments to roughly 3,000 medical clinics scattered across the United States.

Additionally, High Wire Networks will also help the unnamed healthcare provider integrate remote helpdesk solutions, in order to replace outdated EUC devices.

“This new program win centered around our EUC support capabilities validates the efforts of our sales and operations team to drive engagements around our world class managed services offerings. Our Overwatch Managed Security Services platform provides us with innovative capabilities that our partners and their clients need,” said Mark Porter, President and CEO of High Wire. “As our portfolio expands, partners can leverage our subject-matter expertise for the full gamut of IT services, from networking to cybersecurity, at a predictable and cost-effective price.”

This deal is yet another example of how the healthcare industry is taking massive steps to move away from outdated technical infrastructure, in order to meet the new demands of patients in the remote era. With COVID measures still lingering and telehealth services on the rise, medical clinics are forming stronger bonds with MSPs to guarantee their IT networks are functional and secure at all times. By partnering with Hire Wire, the unnamed healthcare service provider can now virtually operate with confidence, knowing  the company’s expansive network and infrastructure is monitored by leading IT professionals.
