Ntiva Expands US Presence with Navakai Acquisition

By Luke Bellos

IT service and consulting company Ntiva recently announced the acquisition of Colorado-based managed services provider, Navakai.

Navakai has maintained a positive reputation with customers who live in the region, offering a number of critical IT management services including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and technical assistance. Customer service agent performance is also largely responsible for Navakai’s solid reputation, as the company currently boasts an impressive 98% customer retention rate.

The combination of impeccable service and well-rounded IT managed services inspired Ntiva executives to strike a deal, as Navakai’s business expertise and resources will be highly useful for expanding business activity across the US.

"We have been partnering with Navakai for the last few years with the expectation that they would be our platform to formally expand into our fourth region, the Rocky Mountains," said Steven Freidkin, CEO of Ntiva. "We're excited to be reinforcing our CORE values with the addition of the Navakai team, and eagerly anticipate joining forces to offer best-in-class services, support and security to our mutual clients."

Ntivia currently offers managed services in states that include Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, New York, West Virginia, Florida and California. As competition in the MSP space heats up, Ntiva will likely seek to move into new areas in the near future.

"Navakai is looking forward to the growth opportunities, additional resources, and expertise that Ntiva brings to the table," said Davin Neubacher, CEO of Navakai. "Our name may be changing, but our mission remains the same – building strong relationships and creating lasting partnerships while delivering high value services. We feel that culturally our companies have a lot in common and are excited about growing the region together."
