Pythian FinOps Now Available Through Major Public Cloud Providers

By Luke Bellos

Pythian, a provider of cloud and analytical services for businesses and enterprises, revealed its FinOps service portfolio will now be available for Google Cloud, AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud and multi-cloud deployments.

As the global economy continues to shift toward hybrid cloud infrastructure, the demand for optimization tools has increased dramatically. Due to a dispersed workforce and higher levels of network traffic, many cloud infrastructures have become strained and overworked. To ensure business leaders are receiving optimal performance within the cloud, Pythian developers created FinOps: dedicated managed services for cloud costs, performance analytics, and security.

“The growth in multi-cloud environments has accelerated the need for FinOps across clouds. Most service providers focus on single cloud environments and do not offer the range of features that Pythian’s FinOps has,” commented Aric Bandy, Executive VP of Cloud Operations and Corporate Development at Pythian. “Real time, multi-dimensional insights into multi-cloud spending across all aspects of the business are critical to forecasting and managing related costs.”

Now customers working with three of the biggest names in networking can take advantage of these services to maximize the potential of their investment. Users will be able to utilize features that include: an intuitive dashboard to decipher metadata, analytics about cloud usage for performance monitoring, and reporting capabilities to share information with management.

“Pythian understands the critical need for businesses to unleash the power of cloud and multi-cloud solutions through continuous cost optimization, security, governance and operational efficiencies for enterprises,” said Sabapathy Arumugam, CTO and co-founder of CoreStack. “By leveraging our AI-powered multi-cloud governance platform, Pythian can help its customers maximize the business value of their cloud infrastructures.”
