Zylo Launches Portfolio of Managed Services

By Tracey E. Schelmetic

In today’s enterprises, software-as-a-service (SaaS) management has emerged as a critical business need. Most organizations, however, lack the resources and/or the expertise to do it all.

Last week, enterprise software-as-a-service management platform provider Zylo announced the introduction of its latest offering, Zylo Managed Services. Using Zylo Managed Services, organizations will gain access to consultants who can quickly establish best-in-class SaaS management processes, which will help free up companies' IT and procurement resources.

Zylo Managed Services are available through Zylo and a select group of consulting partners. There are two packages available: Zylo SaaS Manager, which provides expert SaaS management consultants to build and maintain internal business processes and systems of record for companies' SaaS solutions; and Zylo SaaS Negotiator, which provides an expert SaaS Negotiator to fully outsource a company’s SaaS contract and commercial negotiations.

Early customers of Zylo Managed Services have seen up to eight times their return on investment from using the company's combined service and software offering.

"Zylo Managed Services allowed me to quickly stand up a mature SaaS management process, so we could reduce risk and increase savings, especially through their contract negotiation offering," said Greg Karp-Neufeld, Director of IT at Curology, which began using Zylo Managed Services earlier this year. "It more than recovered our costs for Zylo's platform and services in a matter of weeks."

To learn more about how managed service providers can help companies improve ROI, plan to attend MSPEXPO, part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW series. MSPEXPO has been designed to help service providers understand how they can drive more recurring revenue, increase the valuation of their companies, grow, and protect their networks and deliver better customer service. It will also help companies looking for MSP partners to understand how MSPs can help them grow. The show will take place from February 8-11, 2022, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For more information or to register, visit the show website
