Mitel Names Windstream Service Provider of the Year

Windstream Enterprise has been recognized as the service provider of the year at Mitel’s 2021 Global Partner Awards. The selection was made due to the company’s success in developing solutions that support communications, collaboration, and productivity.

The company is heavily involved in the communications and software space, supplying businesses with services such as SD-WAN, UCaaS, premium broadband, and security services. Windstream solutions have been integrated into a number of Mitel applications These include Omnichannel Contact Center, Call Recording, Interactive Voice Response, Workforce Scheduling/Management among others. The two companies have maintained a 17 year partnership that has helped provide communications solutions to businesses across the globe.

“Windstream Enterprise has demonstrated outstanding performance in guiding customers through the challenges of the past year as organizations looked to mitigate the workplace changes driven by the pandemic and modernize their communications and collaboration capabilities,” said Scott Peterson, Chief Revenue Officer at Mitel. “Mitel fundamentally believes that going to market with our partners is key to delivering the best customer experience.

Windstream has added a number of new solutions in recent years, many of which leverage Mitel’s own UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. These help businesses advance their customer service capabilities with emerging technologies using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and adaptive conversational programming.
