Windstream Enterprise Lands on the 'Radar'

Windstream Enterprise Lands on the 'Radar'

By Maurice Nagle

From SMB to enterprise, MSPs are coming to rescue at a time when digital transformation is not an option. Far too many firms were left unprepared for the WFH world, lacking in the tools and expertise to properly equip team members in this virtual reality.

Today, Frost & Sullivan named Windstream Enterprise a leader in growth and industry innovation in the 2020 Frost Radar report, celebrating the MSP Expo veteran’s UCaaS solutions.

"Windstream Enterprise is among the largest business voice and data network, communications, cloud and managed services providers in the U.S.," said Elka Popova, vice president and senior fellow, information and communications technologies at Frost & Sullivan.

Its portfolio separated Windstream Enterprise from the pack, with the report spotlighting the OfficeSuite UC solution for being future-forward and feature-rich. It is able to deliver a comprehensive capability suite courtesy of MItel and Avaya CCaaS and UCaaS. With the right foundation in place and the proper team catering to digital transformation demands with in-house innovation, Frost & Sullivan’s praise is anything but misplaced.

Popova continued, "Windstream Enterprise’s success in next-generation VoIP services has been driven by organic growth and a highly successful M&A strategy, boosting its UCaaS market position and broader capabilities with a diversified hosted services portfolio that comprises various options to deliver the best value for specific customer needs."

Modernizing operations is no small feat. It can be daunting and terrifying, yet once the SD-WAN is deployed, UcaaS up and running, and all systems are a “go” the ends certainly justify the means.

Where is your organization on its digital transformation roadmap?
