Cytracom Announces MSP-oriented Portfolio Additions

Managed service providers (MSP) stand on the precipice of a period of grand prosperity. The barrage of development at hand is offering MSPs the opportunity to  profit during this time of transformation.

Cytracom announced the arrival of seven new offerings aimed at supporting MSP customers and partners. The new additions were developed with the end result delivering unified communications directly to the SMB space.

“Regardless of the touch point, a user gets the same, seamless Cytracom experience,” said Pierce Brantley, VP of Product at Cytracom. “No additional configuration, no additional training, minimal to no deployment time for the MSP.”

The new releases touts a unified experience across platform, with new additions including Office 365 integration, SMS capabilities, desktop application and an  iOS mobile application. Also included in the company announcement is the addition of a streamlined proposal builder as well as a soon to be announced “surprise” integration with what the telephony providers refers to as another “MSP-focused channel vendor.”

“We’re making the product more dynamic and unified for our end users—and we’re making the process of selling it and supporting it simple for our MSP partners,” said Zane Conkle, CEO and Co-founder of Cytracom. “At the end of the day, we want Cytracom to be the only VoIP solution MSPs offer.”
