ManpowerGroup Solutions Named MSP Leader by Everest Group

By Michael Guta

The goal of today's managed service providers (MSPs) is to deliver comprehensive technology and workforce solutions so organizations can be more efficient as new products, services, regulations and technologies enter the marketplace. Managing these complexities in house can be extremely expensive, but it also takes the focus away from the services a company provides. But, finding the right MSP can also be just as complicated, which is why Everest Group's MSP Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix Assessment 2016 report can be an invaluable tool.

The report named TAPFIN, ManpowerGroup Solutions' managed service provider (MSP), a leader for the third consecutive year after ranking high across seven evaluation categories performed by the Everest Group with PEAK Matrix assessment, a propriety approach to assessing the overall delivery capability of MSP providers and their success in the marketplace.

“As one of the largest MSP providers, TAPFIN's flexibility, strong understanding of business models and willingness to explore new opportunities were cited as key strengths in this year's report. With expertise in all aspects of talent management, TAPFIN is one of the few providers that can offer total talent management solutions to clients,” said Arkadev Basak, RPO Research Practice Director, Everest Group.

This propriety platform takes into consideration the scale, scope, technology solution and innovation, delivery footprint, buyer satisfaction, market success and overall standing of a company. TAPFIN was able to achieve ratings of “high” to “very high” in six of the seven categories, which placed the MSP in the top quarter of the providers that were part of the assessment and were eventually designated Leaders.

“Employers look to us to create an integrated talent strategy to lower their risk and realize untapped value across their total talent investment. We're seeing more and more organizations recognize the need to break the silos between HR and procurement to optimize a blended workforce and adopt a total talent management approach. We're pleased to once again be named a Leader by Everest Group,” said Jamiel Saliba, Vice President and General Manager, TAPFIN Global.

The TAPFIN solution optimizes the management of contingent workforces by providing visibility, predictability and performance with efficient processes, services and global reach. According to the company, this has made it the largest hybrid and vendor neutral MSP in the world. This global footprint is responsible for the presence the company has in more than 80 countries and territories.

With TAPFIN, organizations can react quickly to a highly dynamic market place that is being driven with today's digital technology by leveraging the insights the service provides to manage costs, standardize processes and track performance.
