Vorex Launches Telecom Business Management and ERP Solution to Address Rising Industry Competition

By Clayton Hamshar

Business management solutions are enjoying widespread adoption due to the immense benefits offered to companies in a variety of industries. By implementing a solution of this type, mundane everyday tasks that are essential for day-to-day operations can be automated or otherwise simplified so the company can redirect resources toward competitive strategies and other areas that help ensure success.

Vorex, Inc., has launched a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business management solution aimed specifically at companies in the telecommunications industry that helps them effectively automate and optimize every step of the business lifecycle. Vorex specializes in combining project management and professional services automation (PSA) tools to form a single platform that provides companies with unprecedented flexibility and diversified operations, enabling them to adapt efficiently to constantly shifting economic and competitive landscapes.

Vorex’s comprehensive, telecom-focused ERP and business management solution includes a wide range of features that help businesses solve critical challenges without driving up expenses, presented through an intuitive user interface with readily-available informative summaries. The software provides straightforward access to management tools and status updates for vendors, clients and projects as well as detailed time and expense tracking across teams, projects or individual employees.

A procurement module offers intelligent suggestions regarding necessary quantities, preferred vendors and lowest-cost options to ensure businesses are maximizing profitability. For managing inventory, a fulfillment module collects data about what goes in and out of a warehouse through an automated process to ensure items are optimally organized and losses are avoided. The demand planning tool indicates when certain products are running low and launches an automated reordering system to prevent problems arising from a depleted inventory.

The new Vorex solution is integrated with a robust ticketing and service desk system that features an entirely automated escalation process to equally handle internal and client-side issues. Tickets can be opened and escalated through normal avenues or emails, with the software providing a notification for each new ticket.

“We are thrilled to officially introduce our ERP solution built specifically for the telecommunications industry,” said Mike Salem, CEO and founder of Vorex. “We have already been serving telecom clients for years and are excited to continue to innovate in this industry. Our solution frees up time and resources to enable telecom companies to focus on strategically moving the business forward.”
