Comings & Goings: ANPI Hosted Communications Provider Appoints New VP

By Matt Paulson

ANPI is a leading provider of several different hosted unified communications services, including Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions for businesses of all sizes, from small businesses all the way up to mobile carriers. In order to get a better understanding of their clientele and improve their overall customer interactions, ANPI has added customer experience expert Marc Klemp as the company's new Vice President of Customer Operations.

The hosted solutions provided by ANPI means that customers can have access to communications services without the need to own or operate any of the expensive equipment required, such as a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) for hosted VoIP solutions. Even though these solutions often save thousands of dollars every month in maintenance and upkeep fees, the fact that customers are paying a monthly fee for every phone line just to have access to a device they could simply buy themselves can take convincing. Thankfully, Marc Klemp is an expert at handling customer interaction strategies.

Klemp has worked in the telecom industry for the past 25 years, serving companies like XO Communications, MCI and most recently worked as Masergy Communications Director of Global Service Delivery. There, he was responsible for implementing managed services to multinational customers.

According to ANPI COO Randy Lemmo, “Marc brings an incredible level of efficiency to our organization... He has a background in the development of systems, system automation and leveraging technology to help everyone at ANPI deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.” As Vice President of Customer Operations for ANPI, Marc Klemp will drive process and system enhancments, with an ultimate goal of bringing greater efficiency to core functions within the company, as well as continually improving the overall customer experience. Commenting on the matter, Klemp said that “The future for this company is extremely bright, and I'm glad to be a part of the team.”
