Its data center management software focuses on all the needs of a center. The company divided its services into six categories: Data Center Essentials, Data Center Intelligence, Real World Integration, Data Center Optimization, Data Center Business, and Customer Implementation Flexibility. Rackwise said all of its solutions are designed as a multi-layered software product created to address the six main categories of concern.

“IT managed services continues to accelerate as a prominent technology business segment, presenting unique operational and planning challenges for companies managing networks of multi-use, multi-tenant data centers around the world,” said chief executive officer, Guy A. Archbold, Rachwise, Inc.

“We are thrilled that a leading global managed services provider, after an extensive evaluation of available DCIM products, selected Rackwise DCiM X, modeling among the superior functionalities and features of our solution,” said Archbold.

Archbold said Rackwise DCiM would optimize costs, while helping to support business growth. “This latest selection of Rackwise DCiM X by a leading multinational firm further validates that IT professionals turn to Rackwise solutions to efficiently and effectively plan, manage, and control their data centers and computing infrastructures to achieve the highest levels of operational and cost optimization by assuring reliability, discovering hidden capacity, and enabling efficiencies across their IT landscape.”
