Managed Services Provider Plans to Deploy Rackwise DCiM X Solution to Manage Call Center

Rackwise Inc. has been chosen by a global provider of managed services and infrastructure for outsourced information technology and cloud computing to manage its global network of data centers using its Rackwise DCiM X solution.

Its data center management software focuses on all the needs of a center. The company divided its services into six categories: Data Center Essentials, Data Center Intelligence, Real World Integration, Data Center Optimization, Data Center Business, and Customer Implementation Flexibility. Rackwise said all of its solutions are designed as a multi-layered software product created to address the six main categories of concern.

Rackwise DCIM X solution was designed with enhanced features and more functionality for deployment. The improvements include a user-friendly platform, expansive tool set, monitoring flexibility, power chain modeling, and enhanced reporting features.

“IT managed services continues to accelerate as a prominent technology business segment, presenting unique operational and planning challenges for companies managing networks of multi-use, multi-tenant data centers around the world,” said chief executive officer, Guy A. Archbold, Rachwise, Inc.

Archbold said Rackwise DCiM would optimize costs, while helping to support business growth. “This latest selection of Rackwise DCiM X by a leading multinational firm further validates that IT professionals turn to Rackwise solutions to efficiently and effectively plan, manage, and control their data centers and computing infrastructures to achieve the highest levels of operational and cost optimization by assuring reliability, discovering hidden capacity, and enabling efficiencies across their IT landscape.”

Although Rackwise would not confirm which IT company has decided to deploy its DCiM X solution, it did say that the services provider offers a “single provider solution for managing and securing mission critical IT services.”
