A messaging solution is a must-have today if MSPs want to deliver a full UC solution to their enterprise customers. NUSO believes a business messaging solution complements well with existing services, and already offers a way for its partners to let their customers send and receive SMS and MMS messages from any number.
NUSO, the multi-national communications focused SaaS provider, is taking it a step further with the release of two new Microsoft Teams integrations that enable partners and customers to take advantage of Microsoft Teams as part of their NUSO services. The integrations are NUSO Cloud Connector for Teams and NUSO Teams Direct Routing.
NUSO Cloud Connector for Teams is available in the Teams app store. Without any additional expense for most customers, NUSO UCaaS customers directly integrate their NUSO telephony service into the Teams client.
NUSO Teams Direct Routing enables direct integration with Teams to deliver a seamless, transparent calling experience to new standalone Teams users and existing NUSO customers. The service integrates for extension to extension dialing, true multi-platform compatibility with reporting and leveraging of existing call-routing features like auto-attendants and voice mail.
“Partners and customers benefit from faster service delivery and deeper call integration with their Microsoft Teams service,” said Matt Siemens, CEO at NUSO. “Interested businesses should contact their NUSO authorized partner.”
For NUSO partners, a stronger landscape is created for enterprise customers through the connectivity and collaboration from Teams and NUSO’s call handling and UC.
“Our partnership with NUSO puts customer service at the forefront of each Microsoft Teams integration,” said Michael Leigh, CEO of Cadence Technology Services. “By setting the initial customer expectations and implementation details, we ensure project success and therefore, a great experience.”
The new integrates are initially available in the U.S. and Canada. NUSO is expected to enable presence indications for customers that share their Teams environment with NUSO’s traditional UCaaS and SIP trunking services in its next release.
