Kaseya Integrates ConnectBooster to Address MSP Billing Headache

By Greg Tavarez

MSPs, just like pretty much any business in any industry today, look for ways to become more efficient. And with every growing competitive market, challenges sprout up. For of MSPs, challenges include vendor fatigue, lack of technician efficiency and expertise, limited software utilization, budget and billing.

MSPs countless hours each week on manual accounting tasks that are prone to errors. These tasks include billing work, creating and sending invoices and collecting payments. More time is wasted when MSPs have to contact customers about overdue invoices. It’s frustrating, for sure – and terribly inefficient.

Kaseya created its IT Complete suite to help MSPs overcome these challenges. To handle the billing headache, the provider of unified IT and security management software for MSPs completed the integration its acquisition of ConnectBooster – now fully integrated with Kaseya BMS and Datto AutoTask.

ConnectBooster automates the collections process for recurring and one-time services in a secure and resilient environment. This channel-centric hub integrates with tools to reconcile accounts and billing while streamlining back-office activities to save IT professionals time and money.

With ConnectBooster’s solution, MSPs only wait 1.4 days to get paid compared to other MSPs often waiting at 60 days or more. MSPs, freed from having to chase customers for payments or manually adjust what customers pay, become much more efficient and can focus on other needs.

“Every acquisition we make is aimed at making life easier for our MSP customers,” said Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola. “By fully integrating ConnectBooster into IT Complete, we’re able to help free up time for MSPs to focus on growing their businesses and that ensures they can be more productive and profitable.”

Additionally, customers and partners with ConnectBooster qualify for the Kaseya Global Partner Program. The program provides enablement team support, live technical webinars and free passes to industry events, depending on the level of participation. The program is a tiered system with partners moving up depending on their annual spend.
