Cerberus Sentinel Accelerates Latin America Growth with Aquisition

Cybersecurity risks are increasing in endpoints and cloud workloads, identity and data, making good cyber hygiene and the development of a cybersecurity culture key for mitigating security risks – not the mention to costs and other business setbacks that come with a data breach, like operational outages and reputation damage.

Managed cybersecurity and compliance provider Cerberus Sentinel is on a mission to empower organizations to securely grow, operate and innovate. Cerberus Sentinel partners help clients resolve roadblocks and anticipate future issues to achieve cyber resilience and create a cybersecurity culture across the organization.

Expanding on its mission and growth strategy, Cerberus Sentinel completed the acquisition of cybersecurity company NLT Secure. NLT Secure became a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerberus Sentinel and will continue to be based in Chile and Tampa, Florida.

“NLT Secure accelerates our growth strategy into Latin America and is an excellent cultural fit,” said David Jemmett, CEO and founder of Cerberus Sentinel. “As cybersecurity continues to be a global challenge requiring a breadth of capabilities, NLT has made this its mission to help secure businesses and organizations.

For several years, NLT Secure partnered with Cerberus Sentinel’s Arkavia Networks and CUATROi teams, also based in Chile. NLT Secure provides a broad range of security solutions and managed services to organizations throughout South America. The company has extensive experience in cybersecurity projects, such as business continuity consulting, implementation, infrastructure management, monitoring and CyberSOC with a service coverage 24/7.

"Our vision has always been to protect and guarantee the continuity of operations for our clients considering the challenging scenario of cyber threats they face every day,” said Lorenzo Espinoza, founder and chairman, NLT Secure. “I’m so excited to take this step together with the incredible team of Cerberus Sentinel, with whom we share a culture and a vision.”

Espinoza will manage the company's team of professionals and will work with the leadership team in Latin America.
