N-able Intros All-in-One Platform for Growing MSPs

By Stefania Viscusi

Managed services are growing today. Businesses are recognizing the value of MSPs in helping the manage their IT operations in increasingly complex technology environments. In order to help these providers during their growth, software company N-able has introduced a new complete solution targeted specifically for growing MSPs that offers remote support, services automation, and more – all at a competitive price point.

The new solution, N-able N-sight RMM, is a complete solution for growing MSPs that offers all the important capabilities needed to scale. In addition to remote monitoring and management with remote control, it also provides ticketing and billing to help IT services businesses get started quickly without breaking the bank.

“MSPs at varying levels of growth need the right tailored solution to meet them where they are versus trying to fit a square peg into a round hole,” stated Mike Adler, chief technology officer. “That’s why we launched N-sight, to help level the playing field. It’s powerful enough for a seasoned MSP but built specifically for those at the beginning of their growth journey.”

N-able’s solutions help IT services providers offer remote monitoring and management, data protection as-a-service, and security. N-sight’s multi-tenant Windows, Linux, and Apple remote monitoring and management capabilities include a simple dashboard to spot critical information during operational peaks and no-code automation with over 600 scripts. It also has flexible patch management for compliance and security and “Fast Assist” to help manage remote desktops quickly.

Managed services is one of the fastest growing sectors in tech – growing at a healthy 20 percent each year according to Technology Services & Industry Association – but it faces three major challenges: growth, retention, and profitability.

“We’re excited to bring a truly complete solution to them that delivers everything they need to optimize their business and grow with them as they grow with a price tag that reflects their budget,” said Alder.
