Servion Maintains Cisco Gold Provider Worldwide Status

Contact center and customer experience solutions provider Servion has announced the company successfully renewed its Cisco Gold Provider Worldwide Certification, making it one of the few providers who can globally sell, install, integrate and support any of Cisco’s collaboration and contact center platforms.

The company, which has been a Cisco Advanced Technology Partner since 2006, is dedicated to investing in training and certifying its team in Cisco technologies. It has over 350 Cisco-certified engineers and one of the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) in the industry, over 75 for 2020.

To date, the company has already implemented over 500 Cisco-based contact center solutions and offers its contact center expertise through 24x7 managed services.
