ConnectWise Girds for Brighter MSP Future with 35k-square-foot Buildout

ConnectWise, which sells service management tools to VARs and MSPs, is building a new 35,000 square foot facility.

The room isn’t all just for ConnectWise. Much of that space will be devoted to supporting two of ConnectWise’s newest and most important partners, LabTech and Quosal.

ConnectWise first connected with LabTech to bring together remote monitoring and management (RMM) and service management. Quosal LLC was brought in shortly afterwards to bring proposals and sales quotes services to the bundle.

The new space will assist ConnectWise and partners improve customer services, boost account management, and devise new consulting support offerings.

“We've literally outgrown the space we're in, and this new location gives us room to pursue expansion that ultimately rewards our valued partners with enhanced service, support and ongoing innovation,” said Jeannine Edwards, director of ConnectWise, LabTech & Quosal Communities.

The Suite Story

ConnectWise is putting a great deal of muscle behind the ModernOffice suite that includes tools from ConnectWise, Quosal and LabTech.

The suite will come equipped with:

  • A repository for configuration management data
  • A call back, quote and proposal acceptance system
  • Quote Demand for pricing and options
  • System Audit to track system elements

The trio hopes ModernOffice will be an MSP boon. “We believe a converged suite is the future of the channel, enabling our partners to thrive as we enter this exciting software renaissance,” said Arnie Bellini, ConnectWise CEO, in announcing the suite. “With the ModernOffice Suite, we're proving that the sum can indeed be greater than its parts, giving partners what they've been asking for: a single platform that leverages automation and integration to maximize the lifetime value of each customer.”

MSP IT Resource, Inc. is looking forward to ModernOffice. “Having a single solution completely changes the way we sell to, service and manage our customers,” said Leo Reap, senior partner for the MSP. “Not only are we able to recognize a new opportunity, where before it flew below our radar, we're able to provide more value to our customers by proactively ensuring that they are always operating at peak performance.”

Vital ConnectWise Stats

MSP Today reported earlier this year that more than half of today’s top 501 MSPs currently use ConnectWise tools. "More than half of the world's top MSPs recognize that running their businesses requires the industry's top PSA platform. They've chosen ConnectWise, the best business operating system in the industry, for service excellence, business strategy, and operational efficiency," Edwards said recently.

In fact, in the last five years, the company has signed up some 6,000 new partners.

Meanwhile between 2011 and 2012 the company increased the number of employees by 35 percent.

ConnectWise IT Services, which as is – like it sounds – an IT solutions outfit, will be in the new building.

ConnectWise counts over 70,000 IT pros as customers.
