ConnectWise has been one busy service management software provider lately. Recently, it struck a strategic partnership with LabTech Software to combine service management and remote monitoring and management (RMM) into one essential offering.
Now the duo is a trio, with the addition of new partner Quosal LLC, which has a platform for proposals and sales quotes. The new bundle, aimed at service providers, is designed to help these firms drive more business through an end-to-end lifecycle management suite.
The three now have the ModernOffice Suite. In its first release, the suite will include:
- Configuration Catalog, which is a repository for configuration management data
- Opportunity Workflow, a system for call backs, and quote and proposal acceptance
- Opportunity Sync which handles opportunities, notes and statuses
- Quote Demand that supports opportunity pricing and options
- System Audit to discover what system elements such as memory may need replacing
Later releases will add cloud services, health checks, project sync, and network auditing.
“The vision is to address the entire lifecycle, from automated discovery, to the development of sales proposals, to complete upgrades or build-outs and, ultimately, the management, invoicing and staffing of all necessary work,” the companies said.
Connectwise believes the ModernOffice Suite will make service providers more efficient and able to support new business. Partner LabTech is also on the move, having grown 176 percent last year, TMC reported.
The company also recently announced a partner channel, the Partner Innovation Network (PIN), which lets partners help build product roadmaps, gain a closer overall relationship, and get higher level troubleshooting assistance.
