India-Based MSP Selects Nimsoft Unified Manager

Zeal Softech, a managed service provider (MSP) in India, has selected Nimsoft (News - Alert) Unified Manager to provide unified monitoring and ticketing services across its customers’ server, network, application, cloud and storage assets.

According to Nimsoft officials, Nimsoft Unified Manager is a multi-tenant IT Management-as-a-Service solution that combines industry-leading infrastructure monitoring and ready- to-use ITIL-based service management.

Thanks to this unified solution, Zeal Softech will now be able to provide proactive troubleshooting and incident resolution across customer infrastructures, keeping mission-critical systems and applications up and running.“Precise, continuous monitoring of both hardware and software is essential for preventative incident management and for pinpointing the root causes of chronic service issues,” Anand Chandel, CEO at Zeal Softech, said in a statement.

“By cost-effectively providing this monitoring and automating the capture of relevant infrastructure insight into our trouble-tickets, Nimsoft Unified Manager helps streamline our support service processes and enables us to ensure the health of our customers’ environments,” Chandel added.

Nimsoft offers Zeal Softech the facility to monitor and manage all systems and applications with a single integrated, Web-based dashboard.

“Managed service providers like Zeal Softech have to maintain granular insight into all of their customers’ complex, business critical environments, while also rigorously controlling their operational costs,” said Mark Frost, general manager, Nimsoft Solutions Group.

Frost said Nimsoft Unified Manger addresses this twin challenge by providing Zeal Softech the comprehensive management insight it needs to efficiently and effectively resolve infrastructure issues.

Nimsoft is an icon in IT Management-as-a-Service.

Earlier in May, Nimsoft announced that Accel Frontline, an IT infrastructure services company based in India, selected Nimsoft Unified Manager to provide proactive monitoring, incident ticketing and reporting to customers while using minimal on-site resources.

Accel Frontline chose Nimsoft Unified Manager to replace individual point solutions that were inefficient and required time-consuming integration work. Nimsoft Unified Manager offers Accel Frontline’s customers superior flexibility, greater configuration capabilities and a wide range of out-of-the-box probes to ease integration with its diverse IT environments.
