Monolith Software's Jeff Parker Presents on 'Selecting the Right Partner to Benefit from the Cloud'
Jeff Parker, President and Managing Partner, Monolith Software, was selected for a panel presentation titled, "Selecting the Right Partner to Benefit from the Cloud." The event took place on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, from 9:15 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the JW Marriott Galleria, Houston, TX. Parker joined a number of peers from across the industry to present the Monolith unified infrastructure management software. He also explained the capabilities and advantages of the solution in providing service assurance for cloud services.
The panel was moderated by Bernie Arneson, Managing Partner, Pivot Media, and Publisher of Telecompetitor (News - Alert). The members of the panel discussed the potential of cloud computing with respect to IT delivery in addition to exploring various cloud tools and services which can deliver cost advantages and enhance operational efficiencies and maintenance processes.
In a release, Jeff Parker, President and Managing Partner, Monolith Software, said, "In the same manner as the cloud is transforming business services, Monolith is transforming the traditional network management approach. In lieu of leveraging an aging framework from one of the Big 4 aggregators, Monolith uses a single code set to unify a massive amount of disparate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assure end-to-end infrastructure relationships. Now via one management console, IT personnel can monitor the cloud for preferred thresholds and device availabilities to ensure individual service level agreements are being protected and cloud services are properly delivered.”
