Furthermore, Akamai's premium service provides customers with personalized support and faster escalation paths.
The premium Managed Security Service includes 24/7 access to experts who have customer-specific information to drive better outcomes and increased communication from subject matter experts. Customers also have access to enhanced site monitoring and a customer-specific security incident and event management view in the SOCC dashboard. The service also offers regular reviews with Akamai experts to collaborate and exchange information.
