Telinta Enhances Small Business PBX Offerings

By Mandi Nowitz

Telinta announced its Hosted PBX for Small Business, a distinctive solution that allows VoIP service providers the ability to offer business telephony to small and home-based business users. The providers can deliver feature-rich PBX options previously reserved for big businesses and enterprises.

VoIP service providers, via Telinta’s Hosted PBX for Small Business design, can offer customers features including:

  • Online Sign-Up: Serve users locally or globally, 24/7, without live sales agents.
  • Brandable Self-Care Portals: End users can customize own solutions, select DIDs, set up extensions, configure call routing, see real-time CDRs, choose music-on-hold, etc.
  • Auto-Attendant: Callers can be greeting with customizable multi-language greetings, giving small business a professional appearance.
  • Call Handling: Hunt Groups, Call Queues, Call Forwarding, Mobile Extensions, Voice Mail to Email, API for third-party Voice Mail to Text Transcription.
  • Fax Capabilities: Fax to Email/Email to Fax, access to third-party Fax-over-IP services without analog lines.
  • IP and Analog Phones: Options for both IP phones and existing analog fixed line and mobile phones.
  • Auto-Provisioning: Automatic cloud-based provisioning and updates for IP phones without installer visits.
  • Integration: Fully integrated with Telinta’s Mobile VoIP, WebRTC, SIP Trunking and other solutions for customizable bundled offers, subscriptions, volume discounts and other promotions.

“Telinta understands that our customers need to offer feature-rich Hosted PBX services in order to win in today’s highly competitive VoIP market,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta.  “With Telinta, VoIP service providers can meet the needs of any size businesses, without deploying hardware or software.”

Telinta currently offers full-featured Hosted PBX, Virtual Office, and more for VoIP solutions. With this new offering, it allows all businesses to feel equal; no one is too big or too small for proper business telephony.  It’s services were on display at last week’s ITEXPO 2018 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where Telinta’s Anthony Stiso hosted a panel discussion on how to integrate cutting-edge technologies and capabilities into existing VoIP service offerings to deliver exceptional value to customers.
