A collaboration among several companies and glued together by ConnectWise is bringing documentation technology from BizDox to a larger group of MSPs and solution providers. The company’s offering is now part of the ModernOffice suite of solutions, which is enabled by convergence and integration from ConnectWise and available to the company’s partners.
BizDox, which specializes in documenting client business processes and systems, has joined RMM provider LabTech Software and Quosal, which provides quote and proposal automation, as part of ModernOffice. With ConnectWise providing the business operation platform and PSA component of the suite, the joint offering enables all products to work together seamlessly and offer a comprehensive solution for MSPs and IT solution providers.

Features of the BizDox solution include documentation designed to drive efficiencies, accuracy and risk mitigation. The company maintains a proprietary database and supports documentation for more than 700 versions of common business applications. These include on-premise, cloud and hybrid solutions. The database is continuously expanding as customers document different apps and BizDox adds new support based on its own research.
The solution also provides a visual documentation tool to highlight common IT solutions and use the data gathered to accelerate the documentation process while troubleshooting and planning future activities.
Becoming part of the ConnectWise network of solution providers is significant for BizDox as the company recently announced that 90,000 users are leveraging its platform. And ConnectWise has major future growth plans through new technology implementations, third-party software integrations and strategic investments and acquisitions. One of those recent strategic investments happened to be in BizDox, with the goal of enhancing the ConnectWise platform through documentation capabilities and features geared toward the company’s partners.
