Canadian MSP Long View Offers Hybrid IT Solutions through Revamped Website

MSP Long View has launched a new website and has rebranded its managed IT solutions under the moniker Hybrid IT. The company, which offers IT consulting, outsourcing solutions and cloud services, changed the name to reflect their customized delivery model.

Hybrid IT offerings are comprised of six main solutions, covering infrastructure, applications, cloud and managed IT services, procurement and licensing, compliance and end user experience. The company delivers services based on the individual needs and requirements of customers, and seeks to offer cost-effective and flexible solutions that meet the needs of specific industries.

"We've never based our customer solutions on a single technology, platform, or consumption model. In our industry, pre-packaged solutions are often outdated before they hit the shelf," said Gord Mawhinney, CEO of Long View. He said the new Hybrid IT brand of offerings are comprised of agility, collaboration, knowledge of the industry and dedication to customer services. The combined offerings are designed to provide business outcome-based solutions for each of the company’s clients.

The Canadian company has also re-designed its website to offer a go-to information source for customers, featuring expert commentary on the latest IT trends.

Long View received the HP PartnerOne Award for Growth Reseller of the Year Canada, last month. As a longtime, trusted HP partner, the MSP offers customers a variety of HP solutions including printing, personal computing, software and IT infrastructure. Long View also received HP’s PartnerOne Preferred Partner status and has maintained an HP Cloud Center of Excellence designation.

The MSP is also a Cisco (News - Alert) partner, and was honored this year with a Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from the company. The award recognizes Long View for delivering outstanding customer services to its customers in Canada. Cisco places a high priority on customer satisfaction and uses its Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program as a way to keep tabs on its MSP and reseller partners’ performance. Long View’s designation was based on results measured by the Cisco Partner Access Online tool, which measures customer satisfaction levels based on regional targets. It then offers a weighted average of partners’ pre- and post-sales support over a 12-month period.
